PAL provides technical consultancy for the leadership of the Society workstream in the project, which is being carried out by the consortium of Perkins & Will, Dar, and Pegasys. Within the project timeline — which includes the current state assessment report, benchmarking studies, vision and scenario development, plan preparation, and establishment of the governance structure — PAL contributes society-focused inputs to the evaluation of education, health, and community services, population projections, identification of critical social issues, and formulation of plan actions.
