This study evaluates the contributions of Logo Software to the Turkish economy and the IT ecosystem in its 40th year. In this context, the analysis addresses two main dimensions: the effects of Logo Software on companies — including the impact of Logo ERP usage on firm productivity and its support in firms’ transformation processes — and its contributions to the IT ecosystem — including its effects on GDP, employment, and its business partners.

The assessment of productivity impacts on firms is based on comparative analyses conducted via the Entrepreneur Information System between firms that use Logo and those that do not. An electronic survey was conducted with firms and business partners to assess other impacts on these groups. GDP and employment effects are based on firm surveys and input-output analyses. The research hypotheses were developed through interviews with Logo senior executives as well as selected customers and business partners.
