Project Details: 

The primary objective of this project was to develop a comprehensive and robust pre-concept planning solution for Khor Grama, a small coastal village in Sur Governorate in Oman. As part of a consortium led by F&M Middle East PAL's responsibilities included aspects of the project related to population projections, economic inclusivity, economic impact analysis including benchmarking with peer townd and villages. Deliverables included (i) data collection report, (ii) Population projects and demographic estimations and (iii) economic impact assessments and economic development strategy, which fed into the Concept Master Plan.
