Project Details: 

The project aimed to design the strategy framework that Fenerbahçe Football Club presidential candidate Ali Y. Koç could put forward during his candidacy and presidency, and to develop suggestions for institutional structuring and team coordination. The plan had four components: (i) governance, (ii) academy and talent development, (iii) internationalization and (iv) corporate social responsibility.

Within the scope of the project, PAL examined the strategies of the world's leading football clubs, conducted interviews with Ali Y. Koç and his team, and synthesized the findings obtained through desk research with the priorities of Ali Y. Koç and his team and developed the draft the strategic framework.
