Two key experts from PAL, Mr Emre Koyuncu and Mr Esen Caglar have been appointed as the rapporteurs of the Specialized Ad-Hoc Commission on Entrepreneurship and SMEs, as part of the preparation process for Turkey's Eleventh Five-Year Development Plan. PAL team conducted comprehensive analyses of global and Turkish entrepreneurship and SMEs, assessed the outcomes of the prior planning phase to pinpoint obstacles to goal attainment, and developed input for the 11th Development Plan, encompassing objectives, targets, and policies.
