The objective of this report is to provide a comprehensive assessment of how Turkey is positioned to combat and adapt to climate change (CC) from institutional and regulatory perspectives and depict the existing structure and policies for CC.

PAL reviewed different aspects of climate change governance structure covering regulatory framework, long term planning, fiscal policy, municipalities and SOE’s and finally stakeholder engagement and oversight.Findings were summarized in a summary report, which provided inputs for the World Bank's country climate and development report (CCDR) for Turkey.
