This project aims to evaluate the impact of Kariyer.net, as Turkey's leading online job board and HR recruitment website, on the labor market dynamics and quantify its contributions to the recruitment outcomes, thereby transforming of job-seeking dynamics in Turkey.

The impact evaluation methodolgy developed by the PAL team covered both quantitative aspects, measuring the number of candidates securing jobs through Kariyer.net, and qualitative features, including facilitation of suitable matching, expediting processes, and mitigating information asymmetry in the labor market. PAL undertook various tasks within the research design, including survey sampling, implementation, data analysis, and visualization using TurkStat Labor Statistics, which encapsulates Turkey's labor market dynamics. Based on the results, PAL prepared a presentation and report which were used in the dissemination of the report to the wider public, including press conference, nation-wide TV commercials and billboards.
