Project Details: 

The overall objective was to build the capacity of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Azerbaijan in conducting an impact assessment of Covid-19 in order to facilitate their formulation of a response strategy.

PAL was responsible for designing content and executing 5 training sessions that facilitate evidence-based policy making by enhancing comprehension of social policy impact assessment, with a specific focus on vulnerable communities such as youth, women, people with disabilities, internally displaced populations, small entrepreneurs, and others.
