Project Details: 

The project aimed at contributing to the Country Partnership Facility (CPF) by solidifying several high-level objectives for focusing analytical and operational engagements going forward on decentralization.

The task adopted a problem-driven approach to encompass the different objectives associated with different forms of decentralization (deconcentration, devolution, delegation) ranging from strengthening sectoral services delivery to state-society linkages. The deliverables of the activity were (i) a synthesis prioritization and sequencing presentation/note, (ii) short thematic updates/briefs, (iii) rounds of client workshops/stakeholder engagements.
