This project focused on designing Ege University's strategic role in advancing and promoting a healthy lifestyle, accomplished through the organization of a large-scale paricipatory conference.

The project involved designing the content of a deliberative polling conference where more than 600 faculty members from medicine, agriculture, sports, pharmacy and other health-related disciplines discussed on the strategic role of the university for advancing and promoting a healthy life. Apart from the conference, PAL conducted focus group interviews and one-on-one meetings with faculty members prior to the conference, to improve the content design of the meeting. A final conference report was prepared by the PAL team, and results were presented to various key stakeholders including the Presidency of the Turkish Republic.
