Project Details: 

The study aimed to provide a case analysis of iyzico which is one of the largest digital payment system service providers. The case study focused on iyzico's transformative effect on e-commerce and online payment systems in Turkey.

Within the project scope, PAL conducted an analysis of the company's data, focusing on growth, secure market expansion, and comprehensiveness. This encompassed 20 in-depth interviews with representatives from iyzico's client companies, both over phone and face-to-face. The approach included development of a strong narrative about iyzico grounded in the analysis, alongside economic impact assessment and evaluation within the framework of Turkey's innovation policies and strategies. The final output was a report that was published both in Turkish and English.
