Aim of the study was to create a framework for the next generation project and consultancy services to be developed for the competitive transformation of the private sector in line with Technology Development Foundation of Turkey's (TTGV) vision of "Technology Producing Turkey". The platform is expected to bring together service providers and medium sized enterprises for competitiveness transformation related projects in areas such as innovation, digitalization, clean production and management quality.

PAL conducted, in addition to desk research, 25 face-to-face interviews were held with parties representing different elements of the competitive transformation ecosystem in Turkey. The study includes a market analysis for consultancy services in Turkey and assessment of enterprise needs, accompanied by a case for setting-up a platform and related capacity needs within the organization.
