This engagement with OECD focused on developing a background study on public financial management, fiscal decentralization and Public-Private Partnerships in Turkey.

PAL's contribution included conducting a background research study which focused on four main topics: (i) Sovereign Wealth Fund; (ii) fiscal decentralisation and single treasury account; (iii) Public-Private partnerships and (iv) new legislation on State Supply Office.
