The study elaborates on the multi-dimensional structure of the planned ASO Technology Hub — spanning 1.2 million m² — from spatial design to investment feasibility, from social life components to environmental sustainability.
The work provides not only a conceptual vision but also a comprehensive analysis framework grounded in field data:
• Desktop data analyses assessed Turkey’s production, R&D, and export trends.
• Stakeholder consultations were conducted to identify expectations in the public and private sectors.
• Company interviews ensured the correct configuration of spatial needs and technology focus areas.
• International benchmarks contributed to defining prototypes suitable for the local model based on global examples.
• The Concept Master Plan and roadmap were supported with investment, phasing, and implementation strategies.
• A preliminary demand survey identified the interest and priority needs of companies in the sector.
• Financial analyses addressed not only calculations such as return on investment and profitability but also the economic impacts contributing to public benefit.
